I was greatly disappointed with the communication barriers I faced, as the front desk staff struggled to communicate in English without using their phones for translation. We had an amazing time soaking in the view of the Forbidden City from our spacious room. The staff in the club lounge were really friendly and took care of everything—special shout out to Gary and Eden! !
